Dr. Cesar Linares
Dr. Cesar Linares brings over 40 years of trusted experience in dentistry. A graduate of Stony Brook University, he has served the Queens community for decades in English and in Spanish, earning a reputation for excellence that draws patients from across the country—and even internationally. Dr. Linares offers a full range of dental services, including Botox, combining clinical expertise with a gentle, conservative approach. His goal is simple: to help every patient look and feel their best with care that prioritizes comfort, aesthetics, and long-term oral health.
Our Office
This Fresh Meadows dental office has proudly served the community since 1979. Susie (left) has dedicated 47 years to this office, bringing warmth and experience as both a dental assistant and receptionist. She has worked with Dr. Linares since 2006 when he brought his talents to this location. In her spare time Susie enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Claudia (second from left) has worked alongside Dr. Linares for over 22 years in Fresh Meadows and Jackson Heights. As a dedicated dental assistant, she is passionate about delivering compassionate and attentive care to patients. Claudia is a proud single mother of two who enjoys movies, dancing, and playing tennis.

Patricia (third from left) has worked with Dr. Linares for over 30 years as a trusted dental assistant in Fresh Meadows and Jackson Heights. She is a loving mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

With decades of shared experience working side by side, this team brings a deep sense of trust and collaboration to their work. Together, they deliver compassionate, high-quality care across preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and specialized dentistry.
Our office offers general dentistry services for all– from young children through adults. We believe in a conservative approach to preserving the natural structure and longevity of the mouth and teeth—ensuring both functional health and aesthetic confidence for years to come.

The whole family needs to come in? We can accommodate! Our staff is great with children and helps people with fears of the dentist overcome to get the care they need. The kindness of the office staff and the doctor’s gentle approach makes going to the dentist a positive experience.​
After 35 years, the office in Jackson Heights has closed, giving Dr. Linares full time availability in Fresh Meadows on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
The Flushing/ Fresh Meadows office is on the corner of 73rd avenue and 168th street.
